Leo, I'm supposed to be in Palm Beach for a few days sometime in Jan and I'd love to attend but not sure what my final schedule will look like.

Ohh!!! I was going to be in Ft. Lauderdale that same week!!! But John's coming to Puerto Rico on February 2nd... I wish I could go! Maybe next time!

I also had a thumbs up for Acqualina from Anastasios. I don't really care, everyone I talk to about Ft Lauderdale say they love the place. All I need are a few WIS to benchrace watches over drinks and some good food and I'm happy. I'd guess the scenery will be great just about anywhere there. when? Anytime day or night on January 29 would be preferable. late evening January 28 is possible... Looking forward to it !!!!

I will be there for a business dinner Monday night, if you want me to ask the maitre d' just ask. Maybe someone has a better suggestion. What type of event do you want to make this? Chillis or Nice sit down?

Thanks Leo and the rest of you guys...  Roxanne and I are both really looking forward to our visit to the Fort Lauderdale Boca area before departing on the Eurodam. And yes the firm date is January 29th all day all night whatever works best. Just got back this morning from a week long business trip and was too busy to post anything anywhere, I apologize.

Doesn't have to be a big group, I'll be happy just having a few drinks with Leo and Anastasios, I know everyone is busy...
And it doesn't have to be fancy, I'm just a country boy that likes nice watches. Just wanted to say Hi and have a beer or two with some fellow WIS and TRFers.

Checked on Houstons beside the Intercoastal, looks like a great place...
Someone should let Houstons know that there is info out on the net that says Houstons closed for business a few months ago (it was some dining guide site) I'll pull it up and post the link later. Would be great if you could make it Oscar And please don't misconstrue my previous comment, I'll be happy whoever shows up, BUT THE MORE THE MERRIER.

I may be able to make it but after the holiday spending spree would rather go to a somewhat reasonably priced place between Delray Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Joes in South Beach is a bit far for me and drinks are pricey. Martinis are over 12 bucks.

Sorry, we can't make it. Won't be back till mid-March.
But I'd recommend H2O Mediterranean Grille, 101 Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. We stumbled into it on our last trip and it was a great place for dinner - and not overly expensive.
