I have seven luxurious woven textile oriental pen rests made in Turkey to giveaway in thanks for the wonderful knowledge I've gained from the members on the TRF pen sub-forum:

Your pen works hard for you, why shouldn't it rest like a king on its very own Oriental carpet woven by Turkish masters sized just to fit!

Post a photo of your desk setup with your pen and paper where you write.

Best desk setup wins the first of seven Oriental carpets: the Agra from India as pictured below (no, no, no...the pen is NOT included):

Wow Chris, this is a really lovley gesture, thank you!

I do not have a desk that I write at but I do have a simple fold-up table near a window in my apartment if that counts!

This is part of the tools of my trade, writing journal, note pad, research materials and of course a selection of fountain pens to write with!

Part of what I am doing is writing a book on Henry David Thoreau hence the maps and annotated edition of Walden! Just part of my library of books on this wonderful man!

What a view, lovely! Is that a JLC Atmos clock steve?
This was last winter from my apartment window where my writing table is. I am very lucky to have green space in my part of the city, though this was the worst snow we had in years! That white in the foreground is a small lagoon!

I'm not anal retentive, but anal expulsive, I have a desk but there's so much "stuff" on the surface area that I can't find it.
