No substitute for the bracelet, but it doesn’t look too bad for an occasional change up in my eyes....

No way. Too much mass on top for a strap.

Eh, not a big fan myself...
I’ve tried leather a bunch on my 16610 and never succeeded. The modern divers don’t look good on leather imo.

Ghastly. Sorry. Hopefully, Everest will release a rubber strap soon for the SD50. That would be my choice aside from the bracelet.

At first glance, not so much, but how does it wear compared to the bracelet?

Funny enough I feel the top of the watch a little more. Like top heavy. At the moment the leather is stiff, so it does not slide around smoothly like the Ss bracelet.

I generally like the racing strap look; not this one however.

^^^^A leather strap on a dive watch is questionable given the application.

Not all nato staps are leather.

Maybe levic900rr meant a nylon nato?

Bad combo

Dive watches are not meant to be worn on leather straps

A racing strap on an SD? No-go for me.

I think a vintage, scruffy looking tan strap w/o stitching would look great, though! Think more Panerai.

I agree ..I will buy one if these too.
Just thought the black might be OK. But may be in the summer...with a total shirt.
Not sure yet.
I have a black with red stich in on the radar too. Thanks all for the feedback.

Part of the beauty of the SD43 is its bracelet
