No hype, just a great watch…. Incoming!

I believe I have always known this watch was the one for me. I think I got too caught up with the hype of resale value early on. For years this called to me but I had to chase the more “desirable” models (I still love my Sub and BLRO). I just wish I would have added this DJ36 earlier.
I was able to get this within 2 months of requesting it. I love how it plays in the CA sunlight. It’s a nice dress watch to add to my SS collection.
I’m really happy with it!

Looks magnificent ,…. I’m a huge fan of the motif dial in that configuration.

Your wrist size about 7 inches?

Thanks. My wrist is only 6.25 but luckily it’s flat.

Thanks, it’s an old e36 328is (looks great from 10 feet away) but I love it!

Beautiful! I bought the 41mm version five years ago and still love it. For me, it's a long-term keeper

My wife has her DJ in the exact configuration and I catch myself coming up with ways to wear it myself on occasion!

Congratulations!

Congrats! My question is, wouldn't the DJ36 feel small considering that you love your Sub and BLRO (DJ36 is a very beautiful watch, no doubt).

Thanks, I think the DJ is more compact feels different but works well as a dress watch. Fits under the cuff all day comfortably. The others being “tool” watches wear larger for me and are at my limit. So no Exp II or SD 43 for me.
