Hello All:

Thanks to all the enablers on this forum. Several days ago I acquired the 5711, which was a watch I have been drooling over for a long time.

I love so many things about the watch. The blue dial is stunning and has such a wide variation of colors as evidenced by my photos below...I can stare at it for hours. The bracelet is gorgeous and probably the most comfortable SS bracelet I have ever had. I have worn this with a suit and with jeans and a t-shirt, and I find the watch to be pretty versatile. I have no regrets as making this my daily watch or that I gave up some great pieces to get into my personal "grail."

My only slight concern is that I have noticed some hair pinching when the watch slides. Has anyone else experienced this with this watch and if so, how do I fix this? The watch fits pretty well and has a little room to slide, but I'm wondering if it is worth investing in a half link and hoping that it won't slide as much?

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Congrats! I also needed the 1.5 link on my 5711 (and my 5980). Great thing about the SS Nautilus is that it's very light so once you get the right fit it doesn't move around much. The only time I notice the hair pulling is if I'm shifting the watch around--usually to look at the beautiful blue A good fit will definitely help

Great piece! The 1.5 link is probably worth a shot. Should solve the problem.
