GMT II 116710BLNR - should warranty cover this

Would appreciate any thoughts on what should be reasonably warrantied by Rolex. Purchased GMT II new in 2013, had a crown/hands issue in November "16 and Rolex graciously covered the repair at that time. My issue is the crown has failed again & is not winding the watch (as of yesterday) so it will need to go back to Rolex. Should I be getting hit up for the repair/service? Incidentally Rolex said that it was also given a full service back in "16 when the repair was carried out (at no charge to me) Thank you in advance
