The idiotic part of this, and not that I condone what I'm about to say... is that those buyers could actually have gotten those two pieces for *less* from a (reputable) grey market dealer.

Or even gotten one for less overhead cost by buying up a bunch of unwanted ladies watches from an AD and securing the next 5990 or 5740.
