I spoke with the owners son, and voiced my concerns. I also left him with photos of the watch, and circled the areas that concerned me. (Peeling hands, off centered stones, uneven font spacing etc.). He said he would get back to me the following day, but hasn’t. I will be going back over there when I get a chance to. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

I didn’t accuse them of selling me a fake watch. I just expressed my concerns over our watches not being “perfect”
If Rolex is known for perfection, then why is our purchased Rolex’s NOT perfect?
We paid for two Rolex’s, and expect our watches to reflect perfection. Anything less is unacceptable. That’s will be our position when facing the dealer.
