Is Watchxnyc legitimate?

I have received interest in one of my watches from this user. There have been several red flags for me in our communications:
1) They requested that I use email, rather than TRF DMs. In fact, they have disabled TRF DMs
2) I replied to their request via email, and received a response from a different email than the one they requested that I respond to
3) Their reply did not answer the question that I asked in my response to their original contact.
4) The original message was from a dealer; the follow up message indicated an individual buying the watch as a birthday present
5) the most recent email ignores any elements of the purchase, other than requesting payment and shipping details, which were identified in the sale post

The whole contact smells funny to me. If I am wrong, please let me know. Otherwise, this potential buyer may merit closer scrutiny.
