Patek Pilot and Travel Time

Hello there,

I already started a new thread asking for advice between 5524R and 5326G. Both amazing watches.

I recently saw there is another candidate to this list that could the one I can buy: it’s the new 5924G: Pilot, Travel Time chrono.

My AD think the lack of pusher to adjust the dual time is a dealbreaker. You need to use the patek « pen », a separate accessory.

Again, I sollicite your opinion on these 3 models. If you have to buy one given the wish list below??? And why?. I already own a 5236P in line PC. On a wish list for nautilus 5811G, and 5270P green PCC, and calatrava clou de paris 6119R.
Thank you
