Aquanaut 5164a or Nautilus 5726a leather strap

Hi friends, I’m contemplating on getting my first Patek from secondary market. Both of these watches are of roughly the same price. Which would you recommend to get if I’m looking at value retention and popularity? Appreciate your inputs and advice on advance!

I tried on the 5164a and have seen the 5726a in person. Personally leaning more to aquanaut but will appreciate all your comments and suggestions too! Thank you!
