Change I'd Like in my Sub

I have a Submariner 18600, which Rolex repaired in April, 2022. Since then it's performed wonderfully; it's the most accurate mechanical watch I've ever seen and it should stay that way for many, many years.

But there's one thing I don't like about it. I often use my watch during swimming or rowing, either to take my pulse swimming laps or to time the number of seconds it's taken to row a certain number of meters.

For things like that, I find the face of the Submariner too cluttered to instantly pick out the second hand, so I wish that hand were more visible.

Most Rolex watches look similar in this area, with one exception: the bright green second hand of the Air King. The watches have similar movements so I expect an Air King second hand could be put on a Submariner. If it can, would Rolex be willing to sell me one and install it? I'd still want to keep the Submariner second hand in case a future owner wanted to put it back, but I don't think I ever would.
