"Manage Attachments" button not working.
Folks,
just a technical issue ... every time I click on the "Manage Attachments" button, the application sort of hangs ... and about a minute later, comes back but still can not attach .... no window pops up when I click that button ...

I checked my popup blocker, and it is OFF.

can someone help?
