How to wind a Datejust II Serial 116300
I just purchased a 116300 in Paris. I love the watch. My concern is that without english directions I am afraid to wind it. I was shown how to do it in the store but I prefer to have something that I can refer to.

What are the proper winding and setting directions for this watch.
