Gold Rolex Day-Date...help?

Hello Everyone,
Below are some pictures of a Gold Presidential Rolex with a Black Dial.  A co-worker has it up for sale and I'm looking to buy it.  I wanted to share some pictures first to get your opinion on the watch.  It looks like it is in great condition. Please any information on the watch would be helpful.  What do you guys think is a fair price?
