SD stopped working

I was hoping to get some advice from those who have worked with a RSC. I have a 2005 Sea Dweller that I purchased from a reputable dealer on this forums in August. I have been wearing the watch to work each week since but it stopped working tonight. I wound it 40 times and it ran for 30 seconds but no longer.

I live on the north side of Atlanta and was hoping to get some advice for working with the RSC. I assume I have to work through a Rolex Authorized dealer in order to use the RSC, but what price should I expect and how long should I expect to be without my watch.

Any help or advice is appreciated, thanks.
