Icon5 Question on 1968 GMT

Hi TRF folks,

I love Pepsi and Coke but only buying some in the 90's before. When this comes to Vintage I am a humble newbie.....

I came across this watch in the Internet and would like to ask for advice on:

1. It has a s/n of 1.7 million so should be MK 1 dial? If yes, I doubt should this has a all red 24-hour hand and particularly mini-rail dail?
2. Is the bezel genuine and period correct?
3. Tritium looks ok and nature?

Many thanks in advance for advice to a dummy like me!
