Coming out from lurking

Hi everyone,

I've been lurking for a while and finally joined last month. A few weeks have gone by, and I decided it was time to post. I'm new to ultimate luxury watches but have been wearing a Raymond Weil for about a dozen years. I never considered getting a Rolex until my boyfriend asked me to start looking at them as an option for a present. Well, the boyfriend is no longer around but I'm now hooked on a Rolex so I'm planning on getting it myself!

I'm pretty set on the Ladies Datejust with the chocolate dial and ss/everose Oyster band (seen in my avatar). It might be the most beautiful watch I've ever seen, and it feels quite nice on my wrist . I'm waiting for the right deal on a used one to come along; until then, I'll keep reading, learning, and obsessing over every little detail of my choice!
