Grinding noise when I wind my SM300

I just purchased a 1969 SM300 that was supposedly recently serviced. I notice friction when winding the watch and hear a light scrapping sound while winding. I have more modern Omegas and never noticed this issue. None of my automatic vintage watches have the same drag effect when winding them.

I would appreciate your thoughts...
