Serial Number
I finally got the band off an old rolex and could not find the serial number range in the websites. Does it mean is could be a fake?

The serial is 8954975 and above it says Stailess Steel
The other side says ORIG ROLEX DESIGN 16013

I can't figure if it's real or not......any suggestions?
