New Member from Boston

Hi all, just wanted to say hello. Hailing from Boston, sitting under 2 feet of snow, and thought I'd join the community.

I currently wear a Breitling Colt Auto which is my only "premium" watch and would like to start expanding my collection. I also don't like that it's getting kind of beat up due to being my daily wear and shows a lot because it's a polished case and bracelet. So I'd like to get a tougher daily wear watch and have this one cleaned up and worn less frequently and more carefully.

My uncle long ago promised me his vintage black submariner when i graduated high school, then college, then grad school, and reneged on the offer every time... at this point I think I should just buy my own. So I've been looking for a good deal on a new 116610 or 116613. I'll check out the classifieds here.

I'm also interested in learning more about watch care, winders for those with multiple watches, and such.
