Replacement bracelet for 114060

I recently picked up a used 114060 SubC no date that didn't come with its original bracelet. Shopping around, I found an after-market, non Rolex 20mm oyster glide-lock bracelet that looked like it would fit just fine. Fitting it to the watch case, it mated up perfectly, but the springbar hole in the end links doesn't quite allow the springbar to catch on the case lug holes. Certainly not going to modify the case... any quick thoughts on how to get the bracelet to securely fit??
