2nd faulty Colt Chronograph
I purchased a Colt in the Dubai boutique back in October 2014, all worked fine until Jan 2015 where I noticed the chronograph second hand, when reset, stopped at the 37 seconds marker and not at 12 o'clock. After handing it in to the service centre, which I will add were very professional, they offered a replacement movement which I declined so they replaced with a new Colt which I received in March 2015.
So, we come to January 2016. Again, the watch has been working fine but now the Chronograph second hand is stopping at the 58 second marker. Yesterday I took it to Tunbridge Wells service centre, which coincidentally is a few minutes away from work, where they said they will treat as urgent due to my history. Is anyone else aware of this issue? Or have had similar issues? I am guessing they will want to replace the movement again?
