1570 hairspring question
My 1680 dropped and stopped it from running, a day ruiner for sure.
I took it to my local repair, an excellent technician who is just getting his start here and had him look at it to see if it was indeed a staff, it was, and he pointed something out to me. The hairspring is gold, not blued or steel. Is this an after market hairspring or did Rolex use gold (colored) ones? Thanks |
