I'm a vintage Rolex guy and I'm reaching out to you with the ever-popular "my buddy has a watch and wants to know if it's real" thread.

I know a few tricks to attempt to authenticate with the two attached pics, but I flat-out struck out...I can't even find any with reference to this limited edition batch (supposedly he has 99 out of 200). What do y'all think? I appreciate the help.
