For no good reason other than I was bored, I called my local AD this morning to see if they had a Batman in stock. The guy was nice enough to say he'd check stock against the wait list, since they just got a shipment yesterday, and call me back. When he did, he told me he had one unspoken for at their other location. I put my deposit down and ran over.

When I arrived, the lady said they only received one and that they did have a four month waiting period however since it wasn't "allocated yet" they were able to sell it to me. If I called an hour later it would've been too late.

I'm buying a lottery ticket... what a beaut....
