I ordered a pair of Bergeon 7825 tweezers and 2 rubber straps for my BLNR and DSSD-Blue about a month ago. Got the straps a week after placing the order, but the Bergeon is still not shipped!!!!
The shop told me their shipment has been held by custom and it is the same story every week for the past 3 weeks. It that normal??
I am growing impatient and the store customer service doesn't help either. At least they could offer me free shipping or a small discount, but nothing...
I am really close to cancelling the order, but seems like they are the only store that carry this tool in the US.
If someone has a used one they want to sell, please let me know.
