Submariner , GMT or both. ?

HI. Im a new customer to the Rolex brand and I have caught the bug.

Having recently purchased a new Rolex for my partner and having a new Submariner in my hand ( it wasn't for sale) my AD accepted my note of interest and put me on their waiting list. Unfortunately the 2 year waiting list is a long time but will be worth it come delivery day :)

My dilemma is simple. I understand the waiting times for a GMT is around 6-9 months which isn't that long for such a superb watch. I was drawn to the Black 116710LN and the Batman 116710BLNR watches. I would be privileged to wear any of them. I was planning to visit my AD at the weekend and place an order, note of interest for one. I like the clean look of the full black bezel but also like the slightly rarer blue/black bezel of the BLNR. Is there an advantage of having the 116710BLNR as apposed to the 116710LN ?
