Help! Submariner 14060 without luminova dial?

I'm confused. I've been searching for a Submariner 14060 at my price range and finally I found a good auction for the item I'm searching for. The watch is in good condition but it seems as it doesnt have a tritium dial, which I'm very fond of. At 6 o'clock it says "swiss made" instead of "swiss t <25" and the index hasn't got any patina on it. The watch was also bought in 2000 so it seems to have a luminova dial. What is the meaning of this? I thought all 14060's had a tritium dial. Any help would be appreciated.
