The sheet your pen is lying on... The IVS tools, The KLASEM, The photo levels... All too familiar, I was a photo process tech for almost 20 years. I ran all kinds of aligners ( Nikon, Ultratech, SVG, EVG, Canon, ASML, Suss... ) for years.

Rework, Clean Reticle? Repeating defect?

Now I play with dicing Saws...
