Royal Oak Chrono 25860st Value increased by 16k?

Hi all just a quick question on AP Chrono 25860st.

I bought a preowned 25860st (kaspersky blue dial with box and papers) back in 2019 for about 23k USD.

Just out of curiosity, I checked the estimated value for the same model recently, and it looks like the average price increased about 16k USD since 2019. Some of the listings are as high as 60k+ USD on Chrono24 now.

I have no plans to sell or swap it right now, but I wanted to check to see if anyone knows why the value has shot up for AP Chrono 25860st models recently.
