Here's another article from the BBC on the health benefits of sex. It states that you can burn 300 calories an hour..... For most of us, I estimate that's 15 calories per session.

I just know I can sleep a hell of a lot better after sex....that's why I recommend it before the siesta and before bedtime EVERY day!!!

Didnt realise that smoking a ciggy afterwards burned calories as well.
