Solid price. Go for it. As a side it's not as popular as the R anyone recently went at auction for CHF92000

Thanks for the responses everyone - this particular watch has been a dream of mine for many years (upgrading from 5130g).

The asking price seemed decent to me for the quality of the dial. I've seen a number of them over the years and this has been the best one in terms of dial color brightness, dial smoothness, color distribution and overall case condition (and price!)

Glad you guys think it's a fair price, appreciate the reassurance. Will post some wrist shots after I pick it up next month. Have to get my post count up before then :)

Will probably get RG in another reference, after the next deal closes :)

Sounds great! There is indeed a fair difference in quality with these dials. It’s definitely worth seeing in person first. Congratulations!
