It is either service or aftermarket. My guts say 2nd option but I do not know enough to be sure.

It shouldn’t be on that watch. It’s not a Rolex gilt / matte dial insert.

That 4 doesn't look correct. My vote would be for aftermarket insert.

Hi,
More pictures, straight on, and you will more likely get accurate answers. Sometimes angled pictures distort the image slightly. Nice looking dial...

Look closely, it’s not even seated in the bezel completely. It will look just as wrong from other angles.

I see what you mean. Was just trying to give the OP advice since the responses were kind of mixed. For me, I noticed the 30 is not straight, in a way, when compared to the edge of the bezel.

And it’s too big for the bezel. It’s made for a sapphire watch.
