You are looking at a Diamond Rolex wrist watch it is a Oyster perpetual Datejust, I recieved it as a gift and never put it to use, I recieved it as a real rolex but I dont have the box it came in so its a buy as is item. ...as to your question, when YOU look at a listing, you will see a link that reads "report this item". Just click on it and it will prompt you as to what YOU can do! ANYONE can report an item, however, the final decision to invalidate a listing rests with eBay.

If you do ever decide to use that 'report this item' link, 5 or 10 minutes later you will receive a 'thank you' email from eBay as they appreciate being notified of the scammers who infiltrate their site.
