What other forums are you active in?

Watch-related or not, where else are you active?

Timezone used to be a favorite (even over TRF in the early days!), but I live here now daily. Omegaforums is a distant (DISTANT) third for me.

Even though I take tons of photos, I really only post here and on FB for friends, so no photography forums for me - though I would like to get involved in some if you guys have any ideas.

So, I guess it's just ol' TRF for me. What other forums do you all get into?

Sounds like you might like Instagram if you don’t already have it Jessie, great for photos and video and the watch conversation is fantastic.

My little account is @awatchodyssey

IG has been very bad for my checking account, however

Haha, thanks Ryan - I guess I rolled Instagram into Facebook, but yes, I'm there as well.

One other forum I forgot to mention that I partake in is stocktwits. There's a lot of garbage there, but it's also one of the best places for late-breaking stock news on whatever company you're invested in...you just have to have the patience to parse through it.

Good to know, I haven’t explored much outside of IG and TRF, as those are my two favorite platforms. May have to check it out, thanks.

Totally awesome jacket brother

I am a member of many gun forms, Electric unicycle forum and radar detector forums. Watches is currently my favorite hobby so this is my favorite place right now.

I used to be more involved on the 8thcivic forum and local car forums, but after college and having kids I have shifted my attention elsewhere. This forum is my main social interaction haha.

I don't like the new layout of WUS. Everything changes but I'm not a fan of that.

The same happened with thegearpage a couple of years ago. It was better before, easier to see things and scroll through with a long list of topics and I could open them in new tabs and read them.

If you own a range rover those forums are invaluable to fixing.

I like mbworld a lot. Really respect the tuners (upd, weistec, vrp, ams, oe, eurocharged, etc) on there. (they get a bit heated it can be fun just reading their convos.)

Jeep JL Wrangler and Harley Davidson Forums are the only others I’m on other than TRF. I don’t spend much time on either one of those though… Maybe once a day for each versus several times a day here.

Two professional society forums...mainly work/business stuff not much fun stuff but developed some great friendships there that I like to maintain.

Used to be on Bogleheads a lot but less nowadays.

TRF of course is awesome. Started getting more active on Omega Forums instead of the occasional visit/lurk. IMO it’s a very different forum and i get a different appeal there than here.

Nice jacket for sure Brian but it is how you wear it that makes the statement my friend. Proof positive that the man makes the clothes.

TRF is about the most I have time for these days.

Plus I like the blend of discussions here across the various sub forums.
