Hi guys,

I've had two watches recently serviced by Omega through Jared Jewelers in Denver, but did not get any warranty paperwork. Jared's initial response was that "it's all on Omega's computer."
Hmmm... I'm persisting with Jared for followup, but any idea how I can download this information myself?

Well, after persistence, I got what I wanted - paperwork from Swatch/Omega - so all is good.
