Here is the pics for your reference
With your 7" wrist, I think 15500 (41mm) would look very good on you.

I have 6.2 inch wrist and personally thought the 15450 was a bit small in person but when I took pics it looked fine in them.

The main problem was the dial felt small but I have been wearing a 40mm GMT2C past 8 years so may have influenced.

Could still pull off the 37mm for a dressier look but I decided to get the 41mm RO for a sportier look which I wanted. And conversely the 41mm looks big in photos I take now, looks way better in person and moving around.

Definitely need to try in person as photos in this case don’t give the full picture!

I felt that looking at the 41mm through a mirror it looked fine, but when I looked down at my wrist it was too big and the AP bracelet just felt way more comfortable on the 37. I don’t wear anything above 40mm and the 41 looks like a 43mm imo while the 37mm looks like a 38mm

I have the same wrist size as urs, I’m afraid 39mm is too big.
Tried on 15300 and its hang over my wrist like a flying watch with a wing.
15202st is better fit but still look too big though.

15450st 37mm and 38mm chrono fit similarly like a steel sport watch on my wrist.

Also the new 34mm 77350st fit quite nice, more like a dress watch.

the 37mm looks good front the top down view, but the side view the proportions look wrong and it's too thick/dial becomes too small

I have never tried on 15450st 37mm yet but from what I knows it has almost the same size as 26315st 38mm.

26315st is 38mm with crown guard, without it would be 36mm.
The watch face is about 28mm the same as RO37mm.

Here's my wrist shot on 38mm and 34mm.

Indeed, thickness of the 34mm is closer to the Jumbo than to the 15450. Cool watch, if it fits.

This also the reason why I like the look of 14790st more.
The modern RO feel more substantial built and shinier with its sunburst dial.

I likes it more and more everyday. At first the dial size seem a bit small to the eyes but once you get used to the size, it wears perfectly. Not hanging over my wrist. It also super comfy.

What, other than size, makes this a "Female's watch"? As for the size, it seems that fit to a particular wrist should decide what's right and what isn't.

Watches are unisex but most men wear 36mm up because of the wrist size.

I wouldn't be surprise if men with smaller wrist wear 34mm.

I have about a 7" wrist and felt the 37 was too small for my liking when i had it on at a meet... personal preference of course because the gentleman who owned it, loved it! Additionally, using close up wrist pics on others is a terrible determination on how it'll look on you and to your liking

Apologies, but OP wouldn't ask the question if he didn't have this idea in the back of his head. I am giving my opinion on the subject, whenever i see the question asked. When the same watch is declined into 5-6 different sizes, but the typical diamond and feminine styling (like MOP, multicolor diamonds etc) are applied on sizes 37mm or less, this gives me the indication that watches under 37mm (by nowadays' standards) are Female watches.
Example - a jeans is a jeans. If i am the smallest size in "men's" size but can't find it in the store, would i select the equivalent size that corresponds to female's jeans and has the same cut? Don't think so.

I own both a 41 ROC and a 37mm 15450ST. I love both. I think the 37mm looks fine on my 6.5 wrist. I think the Jumbo would be the ideal size for me but unfortunately remains impossible to get.

watches are watches, the 15450 is a unisex model by definition. female jeans are female jeans for a reason, they are designed to fit a different body shape because women have hips and curves. i get what you're saying with the diamonds and dials but that's just AP/rolex trying to market towards women so that they can expand their customer range and sales because they see that the trend is to wear bigger sizes so men aren't buying smaller watches as much, but by definition a 36mm or 37mm watch was always a mens watch, obviously it's up to how it fits on the person past that

there are sneakers that are "womens" but are worn mostly by both. take a look at some of the jordan releases, specifically the off white 4s which are a womens model and only come in womens sizes but are worn mostly by men

I see, you would rather wear jeans that are 4 sizes too big, with rolled up legs. That's what the 41mm RO generally looks like on a 6" wrist.

Most people think it’s too small are new to watches or have really big wrist. Some people have smaller wrists or used to wearing that sizes of watches for a long time so you like what you’re used to. Great looking size and very comfortable. IMO that watch looks feminine because diamonds bezel.

My personal opinion...if you need convincing on whether a certain size is too feminine on you, then just go with the larger size. We can discuss dimensions and ideal fit till the cows come home, but in the end, you have to be happy with your purchase. If you even have the thought of whether the watch is too girly in the back of your mind, you may never fully enjoy your purchase.

Exactly my point. But agreed, I will stop stating that <37mm SPORTS watch (not dress watch) are feminine.

Have a 7.25” wrist. Extra links probably needed. Despite this, not really too small IMO.
