Tudor Black Bay Bronze...discounted?!

Just had this sent to me and I’m shocked to see that there’s a discount on this!

https://www.goldsmiths.co.uk/Tudor-B...d000c230422fc9

Awesome deal for anyone in the UK!

I've noticed the same kind of discount in the states. It seems the bronze isn't the most popular model.

Possibly but I personally think the Bronze is a cool case (have 3 of them). Just tried to order one as at that price it’s too hard to pass on but they’re out of stock now!

Why would you want four of them? Just for your information the price is average maybe 100 or so off what you could expect

I’ve got 3 different variants and this one would technically be the same as one I own but the NATO strap is different to what I’ve already got

A nato strap is approx £200 from Tudor. Why spend several £k to obtain it? Confused

I was thinking about picking one up as a travel/beach watch at some stage this year, but with a discount would have been a no brainer purchase. Shame its out of stock now though.

Each to their own but I have had two of these now and neither lasted more than a month.
The Bucherer blue and the slate grey when launched.

They wear clumsily large on my 7 inch wrist and imo don't patina particularly nicely.

I haven’t owned one but looked at them a few times and always decided I didn’t like it for exactly that reason. I can bring myself to understand how a dive watch could be made from this material that would be exposed to salt water regularly if used properly, and to that point much less how the corrosion/patina would look good and age properly over the years.

Granted they look really cool initially, but it almost seems like they’ve reduced some sales due to that in the same sort of market they’re going for. It’s kind of strange. I know it’s able to be cleaned, but why...

I see I wasn’t aware there was more than one variant of it. I have four sky dwellers so I understand :)

The Black Bay Bronze paired with a brown Rubber B strap is a winner. Tudor should be doing the rubber strap themselves - like Daytona, Yachtmaster. The rubber strap turns it into an actual dive watch. I'd never dive it with leather strap or with the very cool cloth strap.

I have one with the slate dial, and it gets frequent comments. I think they are fun and interesting watches, at a great price. Worth owning..

I read somewhere that the Black Bay Bronze case has to be slightly larger than the other Black Bay watches(43mm vs 41mm) and this is the reason that we will probably never see a Black Bay Bronze 58(39mm).

Haven't been able to pull the trigger. Would buy to collect, not to wear, and that's the problem.

Here's mine, really like it. The bronze case has aged pretty well.
