Not impressed, but better than nothing.. Remember seeing a similar photo from Monaco 5-6 years ago, several SS models availble. Tough times…

I was just about to point that out, there is good news and bad news with that picture.

All the watches were for sale. I tried a few and will return this week to maybe pick one up. They wouldn’t let me take photos in the store, which is very unlike the US ADs who don’t seem to care.

France VAT is 20% I believe and is included in the price .. Someone living outside the EU will get instant discount based on VAT refund alone ..

Would be interesting to know if they provide any cash discount since it's sitting in the window. Also, does it have French VAT included in the price that can be deducted.

Hi, the price is shown on the tag. The tax free price is 30,272 euros. I asked why the disparity from the 16% on luxury goods and the actual 12% refund. They stated they work with a tax refund agent called ¿Pablo? That carries out all the paperwork and this agent grabs a cool 1200 euros in fees, making the refund 12% instead of 16% that one pays. Also, as you can see, the dial is silver and not
White. Hope that info was useful. The watch is for sale and not a display item.

Yes, it seems that the standard link bracelet on the DD is my exact size at 7 3/4 inch. I’ve never worn one until today. On sports models I need to remove one link. Price was firm. Non or almost none of the stores in Europe accept cash over 10k these days. They have to complete forms and report to the authorities any sums over 9999 euros in cash. It’s a complete pain for them and most bluntly refuse. Not sure how the price compares to the US, since the YG day-date hasn’t been on my radar. At todays rate its about $35,922 (after tax refund)
