One of my neighbours in Alabama was complaining about getting his third DUI and was upset. Later that day I took this picture of his truck. I do not make this stuff up.

Wonder why the LEO pulled him over while coming back from Waffle House at 10:00am.

Three DUI's should put this guy in jail...That is just ridiculous...They're expensive too so I wonder where this guy is getting all the cash to bail him out/pay his fines every time. By the look of the picture, he's not exactly rolling in it...
