Changes to GMT Bracelet Preference
I've always preferred the oyster bracelet over jubilee, especially on the GMT models. But recently I'm starting to prefer the Batgirl over the Batman, though I still think the oyster fits the spirit of the GMT better...
Has anyone else been changing their mind between the two bracelet options?

I like the jubilee for server also reasons including: shows less wear, super comfortable, and since most professionals only come with oysters it’s a nice change of pace

I LOVE the Rolex Jubilee bracelet. Not for a Sports Model IMHO. Plus who'd want a watch called a Batgirl.

I’ve never had a watch on a jubilee, don’t know why but they just never appeal. The oyster on a gmt is great and the comfort link just completes it and makes it the king in my books.

Had the BLNR on oyster (twice) and didn’t stick around very long….but now that I have the reference on jubilee, I can’t imagine it leaving the collection.

![]() Looks great and feels great. Not bothered by the “Batgirl” nickname but it doesn’t make sense given that we didn’t call a red/blue bezel 1675 on jubilee something else…it’s a Pepsi. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I like both. No particular preference. However I do think that BLRO looks better on jubilee

I’ve never liked the steel PCL oyster on the modern GMT. If they offered a brushed oyster I’d be all over it.

Yes I always preferred brushed Oyster bracelets. The Jubilee feels (and is) lighter, and has more sharp edges on the top side of the links (more links = more edges). The edges on the Oyster links are less sharp.

I don’t like either of the two bracelet options. The Jubilee just doesn’t look right to me on the GMT. However, I love it on my DJ41. The Oyster is a great bracelet but I don’t like the PCL’s at all.

It was a tool watch for professionals. Jubilees were made for Datejusts… |
