Keep all three and you’ll quickly figure out than one of them is rarely worn.

I think you’ll find the DJ36 Will feel quite small once you start wearing the Sub.

Personally I’d sell the DJ and Explorer and get a 2-tone DJ41. That’s a great pairing with a Sub in a 2 watch collection.

The explorer feels even smaller than the DJ36

Many people sell a Rolex and end up really regretting it, as once you sell, often you’re priced out if you want to replace it.

Consider putting the sub on a credit card and transfer to a 0% balance transfer card. Loads on comparison sites (assuming you have decent credit). That will buy you time to weigh up your options. You could end up with 28 months or so to pay your sub. Gives you another option if nothing else.

Some will criticise recommending taking credit, but it’s to buy you time and save potential and likely sellers remorse.

Thanks. But I have a simple rule. For things like watches and so on, if I can't buy cash then I won't buy at all.

Clearly yes!

I have all the watches in my signature plus a couple more.

In 20 something years I've sold maybe 3 and given away two.

Not about the money and never was but keeping these watches, assuming you love them, you can never go wrong!

Good problem to have!

Then be prepared for some sellers remorse - guaranteed.

I am biased, but would keep the DJ and Sub as I do not personally like the ExpI

Regardless of my personal bias, I think the balance of a sports watch in the Sub and the more dressy DJ36 is a better rounding then 2 sporty watches in the Sub and ExpI

Dont like the rounded bezel of the 126200 so I would keep the Explorer. The Datejust would offer more variety next to your sub though (polished oyster or jubilee, dial colour unless black). No wrong choice here.

YES and YES

I had the same idea, thanks to this forum up to six currently

But yes if you truly only want two the Sub and DJ are the way to go. Once dressier and one sport. Bases covered.

I really don't think you should let go of either, but if you must my vote is to keep the DJ & Sub.

Ask your AD for a Batman or Pepsi and then sell all the other watches.
