Hello. I'm thinking of getting a blue or grey 42. Possibly with a steel bracelet. Opinions please

Would get something else at 42 mm with practical water resistance.

It depends on what you are going for in terms of a watch profile. My wife and I looked at the 42 mm Due with the silver dial. If you are looking for a dress/banker style watch I think it’s a good option. The dial is stunning to see in person. At $6500 I thought it was a good option for a graduate who’s career is office work.

If you are looking for something sporty and with good water resistance then you want to look at the Luminor line.

I just bought a 574 and find the watch a better choice as it is rated for 100m. You also have the 512 and 620 to consider.

I'd go with the blue Quarenta
