Objectively I think it’s a great watch. Personally, I’ve never liked carbon fiber dials and I’m not a fan of the font they used on that model.
Do you have one? |

I agree with @DCheeta on the font. I do like the CF dial but that font makes it look very I don't have the exact word for it but not ugly just ....
I do like the orange touch though. |

Not a classic design or material. Expensive in comparison to other watches that have a similar look for much less.

Are you buying because it’s 6k or do you like it? Omega don’t make bad watches.

It's got an orange band. Not to mention way too many version of speedy already, we don't need another one.

It would make more sense (to me) if it was solar powered.

I have been looking to buy this watch for a while but never trusted the used market. Buying from Costco sealed the deal for me. I believe I can still return the watch anytime for a full refund - at least this was their policy a few years back. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Why don’t you buy it if you like it, what do you care if anyone here likes it? I don’t like it, personally, although I am a big Omega fan in general, but, who cares if I do? If you are looking for approval/acceptance, you are on a Rolex forum so buy a Rolex.

Busy dial? The size? (back when speedmaster was 42mm and below)
Everything looks good on paper, but then when I see it in real life, I found the dial to be a little busy. Not just all the printings, its also the carbon fiber pattern.

Omega has been getting the size wrong for years. They make so many awesome watches but the sizes are way too big. The speed master racing chrono is amazing, but at 44mm it’s big for no reason. It’s big just to be big.
This racing chrono could easily be 40-41mm and would IMO be one of the best looking chronos made. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
