Anyone know how to read Chinese calligraphy?

Trying to learn the history on this Famille Rose Buddha, all of the sites are like "its easy, you just read it top right to left and down, starts with reign and ends with artist. I presume they assume you have a fundamental understanding of the Chinese language at that point? Idk i tried my darndest, used Google lens, and curious about its age and origin.

It’s more than likely the artist’s name stamp. Kinda like a signed signature on an artwork.

Yeah, likely either the maker's or company's stamp, or 'chop' as it's known.

Ancient Chinese QR code! I knew they invented the system.

Looks like a factory watermark on a trade (commercial export) piece.

I would suspect 1950’s to 60’s based on the happy buddha expression. Not a religious piece. Learned that on antiques roadshow.
