If you can buy a watch in Europe you can usually get a VAT refund.

Just to clarify and for MY edification (I'm not trying to insult your intelligence), you are not referring to any VAT refund. This was a full out 10 percent off retail? You win the thread for sure!!!

The silver dial OP (especially in that unisex size) is still very much in demand and I can't see how it spent much time in it's case.

I wonder if a SA was maybe close to hitting some sort if incentive or something similar. Either way, congrats on a magnificent piece that wear with anythng!
