Help Identify - Rolex Explorer II 16570 (1993)

Hello,

I'm a new member. I have read this forum for a while but I had never posted before. I finally decided to make an account because I need some help. I received this watch as a gift and I wanted to check its authenticity. I took it to a Rolex AD and they said its fine but I feel they didn't really inspect it much. I did some research on my own and the watch seems to have a serial number that matched the dial production year, and also has the correct press bracelet. This should from the first batch of Rolex Explorer IIs that have the 3185 movement. The hour hand those move in 1 hour increments on the first position and the GMT wobbles a little which from my research it is supposed to be this way. Also the GMT hand is on top of the hours hand. Not sure if there are any fake out there that also are like that. The only strange thing is that the cyclops seems to not magnify enough but it might be a replacement crystal because there is a service date on the case back. Also the lume does not work since its tritium.http://https://imgur.com/a/OArNdkq

Thank you for your replies. I was able to upload a link that has the pictures of the movement. I also think its looks good but since I'm new I wanted to get some other opinion. Again thank you!

All good. Glass may be a/mkt and handset might be later although they are often a shade or two whiter than the dial plots on a 16570 polar 90s tritium piece. Do they lume up under UV/LED lighting?

It is hard to tell from the picture but the tritium in the hands is in fact a shade lighter than the tritium in the markers. Also the tritium in the hands and dial does not work. It only shines when its under UV light. See picture. From my research it looks the way used tritium looks.

Yes agree sir. Mottling consistent across both the hands and hour markers.
