128239 36MM DD WG thoughts ?

An AD recently reached out sent the notice for the WG DD 36 being available soon. Would you pull the trigger and have you seen any? I personally like the 36mm even with a 7.25 in wrist

Currently have a 36mm Yellow gold DD, but would like WG as a daily.. I know prices of this in secondary market will be lower or not much over.. which I’m not worried about

I got a DD 40 and I do not regret it one bit.
If I wore suits daily (luckily I may wear em 2X a year) Id probably have gone 36 but with the way I dress and my lifestyle the 40 mm brings a little more sporty out of the DD.
You really can't go wrong with either but if you have a 36 already why not get a 40 to have variety?
Your 7.25 in wrist will be a perfect fit for the 40!

36 is small. 40 actually fits like a 39 much better fit

It's funny how few people appreciate the 36mm. 36mm is the way to go. WG 128239 is a killer daily watch

Go for it! As said above a WG DD is a great choice for a daily watch

The WG DD in 36mm is underrated in my book. I’m a big fan of the WG/Romans configuration. That would make a superb daily.

The 40mm romans are to die for though. The way each bar sparkles in the sun! the 36 Romans are just flat, no sizzle. I guess if you want a snoozer, but for that much money it should be special

Beautiful watch, I love it! Depending on wrist size 36 is fantastic.

DD36 is the classic size
Shame the WG is only white/silver dials apart from Gemset refs

I see this watch retail over $40k and $45k. At $37k, that is a good deal. Very nice wrist watch by the way. This is a nice everyday watch and retains its value for investment purposes as well.

The 36mm is too small for my tastes. Classic watch but I would go for the 40.

Classy piece. If you like it go for it

The president bracelet is silky on the wrist

Yes, I’m with you on the DD40 WG with white romans…it’s a fantastic watch!

Not to get too far off topic, but I’ve been wrestling back-and-forth on 40 vs 36 lately. I can’t decide which I prefer but enjoy both sizes and many different configurations of the DD.

I’ve tried both the 40mm seems little bulky for a dress watch, the only 40mm I can appreciate at the moment are the Daytona, Gmt and YachtM1.. if 40mm was in front of me it would have to be only the Olive dial Roman. I’ve had 42mm -36mm and of course 40 feels like the sweet spot but only for sports models. 36mm is more under the radar I feel and not too flashy.
