No, of course it's not a actual meteorite material. It's just what the AD was referring to. Nick name I would assume. Technically it's a textured rhodium dial.

Thanks! It’s a Tokyo Olympics 2020 limited edition, sold in Japan. Omega produced 2,020 of them.
